Sweet Cobra - The Troubadour - UPDATED 3/13/10

A nice triple bill (Pelican, Black Cobra and Sweet Cobra) in an intimate venue. Sweet Cobra started the night and got things going on the right start. First time seeing and hearing this band. The drummer was nice enough to give me a CD for recording their set. After purchasing their latest CD and 12" EP, I was saddened to hear at the time that their 2nd guitarist was ill with cancer and was not able to do the tour. He passed away in late '09 and will be missed.
